Brookwater is projected to break ground in Q4 of 2022 subject to receipt of final project approvals by the appropriate governmental bodies.

The project will make available sites for builders. We expect lots for third party builders to become available starting between Q4 2023 and Q4 2024.

Yes. All building requirements, including design guidelines and approvals are set forth in the design guidelines for the neighborhood (community).

The neighborhood (community) will accommodate homes ranging from single story bungalows for seniors starting around 1,200 square feet up to townhomes and multi-story homes with over3,500 square feet.

No. The Brookwater Village neighborhood is a residential development which will accommodate a range of home designs from bungalows to multi story townhomes and will feature designs by architects across the US and abroad. (Robin – Do we need to mention that we will have a range of builders for this project? I think its implied)

Due to rising construction costs and the yet to be determined construction commencement, we have yet to establish the home site price ranges at this time.

The homes are projected to range in price between the mid $200,000 up through the upper $500,00 range with certain custom-built homes offered outside of this price range.

An Amenities Fee will be charged to all owners within the development. The Fee will cover typical association fees such as common area maintenance costs as well as traditional homeowner incurred cost such as snow removal and landscaping adjacent to the homes and such other costs as noted in the Community Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (“CC+R’s”).
